I don't know what it is about the month of May, but I always seem to get a surge of creative energy. Maybe it's the abundance of daylight and sunshine? Or all of the pretty flowers blooming in the yard? Whatever it is, I love this feeling. Here is my first finished crochet project. I am not sure what it is supposed to be, but I think it looks cute underneath my peonies. I love peonies. My kitchen smells divine!!
Here is a cute little coin purse that took about 2 seconds to put together. Do you LOVE this fabric??? There are a ton of tutorials on how to make these.I found one here and here. I need more zippers. Lots and lots of zippers!!
Another Dresden plate. How I love making these. I had a ton of scraps left over from making bunting banners, and the kite fabric is too cute to waste! This just may be the most adorable fabric on the planet!! This one is listed in my shop!!
I wanted to thank you for the sweet comments you left about the projects my daughter made for Mother's Day! If you would like to see more of the cute things that she makes, head over to her new blog! Yes, I live in the house of creativity!
I Love all of your new creations, especially the crochet! I love your Etsy shop too and have a couple of things on my "want" list. Thanks for visiting my new blog and for the sweet encouraging comments.

ReplyDeleteSo much cuteness in one post...I love it all. A couple of months ago I shared that I found a bag full of zippers (108 to be exact) at the thrift store and someone asked what in the world I would do with all of them. I have started using them for pillows but can see these zipper coin bags would be another great use. Happy Monday. Patty
ReplyDeleteOh so cute. I love the jar and mat. I bought a crocheted little doily almost identical. Now I know what I should do with it. Thanks for the lovely inspiration.
ReplyDeleteCute purse, and boy, would it take more than 2 seconds for me to put it together. I have dresden love too!!!! They make me happy.
ReplyDeleteSo crafty and creative! Love all the color and the summery vibe! Your last post inspired me to get going on some granny squares and this one is helping me get over my fear of zippers!! Have a great Monday!
