Holiday Wishes Blog Tour



Happy Halloween! Happy Holidays!! I am so excited to be a part of the Fat Quarter Shop's Blog Tour for the really fun book by Sherri Falls called Holiday Wishes! The book has 12 fun projects for you to make your own!!


This book is definitely Christmas themed, but as you can see, you can take almost any of these projects and make them for any holiday, or just for every day.


I LOVE Halloween and decided to use one of the Midnight Clear blocks and make a fun accent pillow. I love the way it looks with a quilt I made ages ago!!


I chose some cute Halloween prints from Blend Fabrics and my stash, and added a 2.5" border all the way around to make a 16" square pillow cover. A simple envelope back finishes it off.

    LOVE this pillow! It is adorable! PERFECT fabric choices! It struck me how cool it is that we made the same block, and with different fabrics the block certainly cam alive in different ways.
