Daisy Mae Fabric Tour

Hi Everyone!
I'm back to share with you the super cute fabric called Daisy Mae by the super talented ladies at Poppie Cotton.

I think I used every scrap of fabric I had to make all kinds of cute things.

The first thing I usually do when using a new fabric is to cut some 2.5" squares and make a bag. There is something so satisfying to me about using those cute little squares.

I love the mix of the pinks and charcoal grays. So pretty.

Then I had to make another bag using all patchwork squares.

Next up is a quilt.  I chose to do some crosshatch quilting which I think looks pretty darn cute with these awesome hexies!!! I followed this tutorial if you want to try a hexie quilt of your own. It is really fun to make!!
It still needs binding, but I couldn't wait to use it!!

And I had to make a cute little bunting banner to match.

All the rest of the pink fabrics that are from Daisy Mae, Wanderings, Gingham Farmhouse and Prairie Sisters were put to good use to make this very girly Scrappy Heart Quilt. I made the baby size version which is so perfect as a kitchen table quilt.

I hope you found some inspiration to go get some cute Daisy Mae and get sewing!! xoxo

  1. Oh my, you have been busy. The bags are gorgeous and you can never have too many bags. I particularly like the heart quilt too. x
