Good morning! I'm excited to share a few projects with you as part of the Wanderings Fabric Tour. This lovely fabric line by Poppie Cotton is so perfect for almost any project you can think of.
To get a feel for the pretty prints I started by making some key fobs. These are so easy to make and a great use for left over batting scraps. You can easily find the hardware at your local big box craft store or Amazon. There is a fantastic free tutorial here.
Next I made a cute pincushion for my sewing table. These are so fun to make using mini charms or just cut some scraps to 2.5". A fabric covered button finishes it off, and I love making fabric buttons!!
The tutorial for this sweet pincushion is here.
Following the 2.5" square theme, I stitched up a large bucket bag for my knitting. I modified the Finch Bucket by Stitch Mischief. Wanderings mixes perfectly with linen!
I hope I've inspired you to pick up a bundle of this yummy fabric and stitch up something cute!!
If you'd like to follow along, here is the list of talented ladies who are also part of the fabric tour!
