As you could tell from my last post, I couldn't wait to get my hands on my thrifted vintage sheets and make something.
I love the way patterns that really shouldn't go together, look so fun as a bunting banner. My rotary cutter is getting a workout this weekend. More bunting, a quilt, a pillow and a pin cushion are on the cutting board. Who knew a trip to the thrift store would be such a source of sewing inspiration!

I love the hodge podge of pattern. it looks collected over time, bit and pieces handed down through generations. Beautiful!

I LOVE these!!! Especially that yellowy/mustard color. It just pops right out! I can see this on my back porch this summer. Can't wait!

Very very sweet! I had those green gingham sheets when I was younger. Wish I still had them. I would cut them up into a million pieces. :)
